I.e. time and a half per hour or time in lieu. 6.30 minutes morning break or 15mins morning & afternoon break. (Approx. 10:00hrs / 15:00 hrs.) included in the working day. 7.30 minutes lunch break excluding from the working day (Approx. 13:00hrs) 8.Other breaks maybe required on extreme weather condition or heavy workloads. 9.Saturday working day is between 08:00hrs – to 15:00hrs. 8 hrs will be charged. B.Services terms and condition 1.Equipment a.All equipment is supplied by us is for our own use only. Maybe lent out at our own decision with our own terms “if damaged will be replace with new or like for like before damage has been made. At your own cost b.Komplex Timberworks is an independent company offering only a Consultation, Project / Site Management & carpentry service and is not connected to any other company or responsible for any other business. And there will not be responsible for any negligence to or by other c.co Towers scaffolds will be charged at the rental agreed rate. d.Our standard equipment for our hand tools for general carpentry. included in rates. e.Our standard power tools: circular saw, chop saw, hammer drill, jig saw, routers, nail guns & pin gun. are included in the rates. f.Specialist equipment & other power tools will be charged at the rental agreed rate. g.companies even in the event of any members signing other legal company documentation. 2.Managing of information. a.Komplex timberworks will not be responsible for any Structural engineering errors or/ & incurrent information given. b.Komplex timberworks will not be responsible for any Architects, errors or/ & incurrent information given. c.All structural information must be in written before we can carry out any work if we have been advised by verbal communication to continue all works carried out will be of the Architect / engineers / main builder / contractor’s responsibility. d.Komplex takes PDR seriously and will aim to take the best car of personal date where possible, however this is subject to: (a)How the info is delivered to us & clients & other companies computer security software (b)The level of protection by the servers & telecom companies. (c)By the level of security has been allocated on site. e.Komplex aims to be transparent and clear in our communication however will receive the right to hold back on information if we believe such information would cause any complication or risk to a person or/& project. f.Komplex aims to keep customers relations & communication as respected as possible & any trusted information won’t be exchanged without the consent of our clients & professional authorities. (b)Any hidden microphone devices recording conversations without our knowledge (c)The client’s level of discreteness. g.All client’s information of their vision of the project either written or verbal communication must be advised to us as soon possible, so we have clarity vision of the project. h.All personal information must be sent on secure devices or data pens that can be handed in person. i.The Client is responsible for ensuring all information is relevant & UpToDate. j.All Architects instructions must be signed & instructed be fore we can commence any works on site. k.The clients responsible for ensuring all planning, Architect, engineers, Construction plan including health & safety documents are in place before we commence any works on site. l.Komplex will be responsible for managing the construction site & enforcing Safety procedures on site & this is set out by the principal designer or architects only. Unless the site is under the recommended size to class as tire 1 or 2. 3.Weather & working conditions. a.Refuse to work based on poor weather conditions or un-safe workplace. b.The right to refuse health and safety advice. If the advice would cause greater harm to life. c.The right to refuse health & safety advise that could lead to greater damage to personal risk, tools, or personal equipment. d.Noise levels will be kept to a minimal before 08:00 & after 17:00 hrs. e.We require noisy works period during the contract day to construct or demolish a building. f.Re-fuse to tolerate verbal & physical abuse including work related pressure. g.To work in either too hot (38 DC) or cold (-0 DC) condition that could lead to health problems & risks to health. h.Refuse to work dure to insufficient safe Access Ver using working platforms. Temporary tower scaffold, scaffold, & the use of cherry pickers & genies. i.Komplex is only responsible for our own & hired Equipment on site only. j.Komplex will aim to keep the security of site closed off from the public & security measures in place to separate from public space & construction space. Using relevant barriers & Signage k.Komplex timberworks as the main contract will take responsibility for PPE, Equipment & hire Equipment on site including to ensure security is maintained, & in forced. l.Komplex will aim to prevent accidents by the use of signage & Barriers around high-risk areas including preventing leaders access during no active site times. m.Komplex Timber works is not responsible for contractors sites whereby the follow is not properly implemented. (a)Non-compliant to instruction advised to them. (b)Failure to follower site procedures (c)Their behaviour. (d)Fail to report any issues or incidents in a timely manner. (e)Design team fails to allocate a reasonable amount of time to prepare for arrangements on site. (f)Design team fails to instruct us of any changes or amendments. (g)Contractor asks for any risking procedures or rush ours where by mistakes happen. (h)Failing to lesion to our warnings of being over worked. 4.Payment terms. a.Our contract rates vary on different contracts, Project, & job role. b.Our basic charge for construction site manger & consultant charge is £30 per hour. No VAT at present. Once vat is introduce this will be Rate plus VAT. c.Invoice is due payable by no later than 7days of invoice weekending date. Or agreed pay role date. d.We may refuse to work, based on non-payment (7 days after invoice week ending date e.Towers scaffolds will be charged at the rental agreed rate. f.Our standard equipment for our hand tools for general carpentry. included in rates. g.Our standard power tools: circular saw, chop saw, hammer drill, jig saw, routers, nail guns & pin gun. are included in the rates. Phones, laptops, h.Specialist equipment & other power tools will be charged at the rental agreed rate. i.A failure to give 24 hours’ notice will be charged a full day’s pay. Per person j.10% Admin charge is applicable on all materials on invoices. k.Materials will be charged at Full cost price. l.Travel Costs apply t 5.General terms & conditions. a.May change or update our terms & conditions at any time. b.Delivery costs will be charged. c.Setting up & clearing away our equipment is included in our working day. d. e.By allowing Komplex Timberworks and subcontractor to start work you acknowledge and accept these terms & conditions. 6.Complaints procedures a.Any faulty workmanship / carpentry work to be reported to us either by email, or in writing. As soon as possible. b.Any complaints or feedback to be emailed to our email address. c.7 days’ notice is required before any counter charge. 7.Travel & accommodation. 1.All parking charges will be charged when no parking is available on the job. 2.Mileage charge maybe chargeable for any job’(s) location further than 30 miles from cm1 at 80p per mile (one way) 3.Only traveling to one job location per day is included in our rates under (30 miles radius of CM3) any multi jobs location per day maybe liable to 50p mile charge. 4.Any work over 100 miles IP14 will be charged Accommodation cost plus evening meal per person. 5.Any work inside the M25 will be subject to additional costs of any vehicle taxes, congestion charges, parking & fines for driving in London. 6.Labour rate Travel time will be chargeable after 30 miles of IP14. Plus, inside the M25. & travel time is included in the working day. C.Working code of conduct 1.Client to make reasonable effects to: a.Have a professional work like manner. b.Clear working space either out or inside. c.Reasonable effects to a safe working area. d.Clear instructions of works to be carried out, preferable drawings, or in writing. e.Organized with orders of materials, information & instructions. f.Information to be up to date. g.Running water & electric. h.Access to toilet and sanitary i.Advice of Health & safety on site. j.Advise Site rules. k.Must give reasonable time to complete projects l.Allow a small element of time for rectification. m.Allow a small element of time for personal needs. n.Grace for human error. 2.Client may ask Komplex Timberworks ltd & Subcontractors to: a.Leave at any time. b.Stop work. c.Question methods of works. d.Refuse to tolerate, verbal, mental or/& physical abuse, & Pressure. e.Advise & information. f.Help 3.Komplex Timberworks ltd, & Sub-contractors will make reasonable effects to: a.Have a professional work like manner. b.Complete projects to a satisfied standard. c.Complete projects in a reasonable time scale. d.Any mistakes to be corrected. e.Help maintain a clear working environment. f.Make reasonable effect to Work in a clean & safe manner. g.Follow site health & safety rules, Site requirements. h.Allow a small element of time for rectification. i.Allow a small element of time for others personal needs. j.Grace for human error. 4.Komplex Timberworks ltd. & subcontractors are obligated to: a.Start or leave at any time. But only charge time spent on site at the agreed daily / hourly rate. b.To leave site without reason. but may do so out of common courtesy c.Flexible working time scale. d.Give advice or information at own choice. e.Help other trades. At our own choice. f.Allowed personal time. g.Refuse to tolerate, verbal, mental or/& physical abuse, & Pressure. h. Have the right to protect personal, business equipment & interest. With legal reasonable force. i. To be treated with common decency & common courtesy j.To treat others with common decency, & common courtesy. D.Cancelling of contracts 1.Consultation services a.24 hours’ notice is required to cancel our services whereby we are Travelling to your location. b.Any Cancelation from 72hours 24 hours before the meeting will be refund minus £10 admin fee is applied. c.Any notices prior to 72 hours will receive a full refund. 2.Project management a.Contracts up to 6 weeks A minimum term of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel any management contract & failing to do so will incur 2 day’s full pay charge that’s been agreed at the start of the contract. will be due to cover loss of earnings. b.Contracts over 6 weeks A minimum term of 7 days’ notice is required to end or terminate a contract, 7 days payment will be due to cover loss of earnings. c.All Invoices / payments will need to be paid in full no later the 30 days of Invoice date. 3.Building & Carpentry a.Contracts up to 6 weeks A minimum term of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel any management contract & failing to do so will incur 2 day’s full pay charge that’s been agreed at the start of the contract. will be due to cover loss of earnings. b.Contracts over 6 weeks A minimum term of 7 days’ notice is required to end or terminate a contract, 7 days payment will be due to cover loss of earnings. c.All Invoices / payments will need to be paid in full no later the 30 days of Invoice date. 6)Project / site management welfare policies A.Komplex policies will aim to address all personal with dignity & respect regardless of their Disabilities, Race, Religion, Sex, Sexual orientation, & Beliefs. This will includes: a.Drinking water b.Safety clothing c.Accommodation for resting & eating as we as lavatory sanitary & washing facilities. d.Storage area for materials. e.Office with first aid station area. f.Fire assembles points g. parking E.Komplex to provide a safe site environment & ensure its kept clear of all debris clear walk ways that are lit with light in the darker months, F.Komplex policy’s for providing first Aid. 1.All arrangements will be implemented in & around site. 2.I will be responsible personal. G.Komplex policy’s for providing fire safety. 1.All arrangements will be implemented in & around site. 2.I will be responsible personal. H.Komplex policy’s for providing Security. 1.All arrangements will be implemented in & around site. 2.I will be responsible personal. J.Komplex policy’s for storing of materials. on site, 1.All arrangements will be implemented in & around site. 2.Site personal will be instructed. 7)Our guaranteed terms and conditions We guarantee our work under these terms only Komplex to Client contract building services only Our Guarantees are to reassure that our service’s meets a good standard of workmanship that is structural stable & visual appearance meets the customer’s requirements, & complies with trading standards, & meets all other legal authorities’ requirements in the process. Guarantees are valid for: 1.Structural construction works are valid up to 30 years. 2.High quality construction works up to 25 years. 3.Quality carpentry works up to 5 years. Our guarantees are NOT valid if: 1.Been Tampered / interfered with. 2.Non -visible effect to follow instructions or guidance. 3.Negligence to our work. 4.Extreme weather conditions 5.By non- members of Komplex timberworks ltd. 6.An act of war or/& civil unrest. 7.Low quality materials & fixings are supplied by customers (or limited guarantee periods.) 8.Komplex timber ltd works is continuing with other’s companies work. Or working with other subcontractors. COVID-19 Komplex timberworks ltd & contractors will take reasonable action to prevent the spread of the virus and these actions will be carried out 1.Antibacterial spray & masks will be supplied and used in customers homes. 2.We advise customers clients & public to keep their distance of 1.5 meters where possible 3.Kitchen & Toilets facilities will be regular cleaned where possible. Along with doorhandles. 4.We will ask you every day if you are well & are content for ours to continue working, if you feel ill you must advise use as soon as possible. & we will do the same.
